This is the point of a thread, discussion. Agreeing with me, disagreeing, proving alternatives.
And why should they need to form complete sentences? The idea of what needs to be changed is there, and that is simple enough granted you have an IQ over 80.

You if you cannot post any coherent ideas with explanation and reason behind them, leave. People cannot discuss about your idea if you don't state why it should be changed. And also it is hard to read badly written crap, I'm not making a puzzle, I'm reading a post.

Unless I missed the point here, and let's face it I can be forgiven for that you want to change the foundation of GW and make it allow only certain classes to at fight at certain times?
As a Ranger (Archer) I'd be a little miffed if I couldn't stack conditions and Necro's would get really bored. For me part of the fun it getting the team build right to inflict the most damage at any time, so having that hampered would probably kill the game for me.
I must admit this has piqued my curiosity so if I do have the wrong end of this rather gnarled stick please explain once more

Here's an idea: Stop whining about grammar and format and just read. Beo is right, he doesn't really need to explain why he wants these things done. You should be able to use your own head and see what is a good idea and what is not.
Even if the thread title should be changed, there's a lot of good stuff here.

I especially like the idea about the Guild Lord acting as a knight at the flag stand - rather, I'd support making the Guild Lord stronger with a better skill bar. I believe the Guild Lord should have a standard Axe Bar with no interrupts (since it'd make the VoD play unreliable and would result in more luck than skill) and no knockdowns - it should just provide massive pressure through usage of Warrior's Cunning, Eviscerate, Executioner's Strike, Penetrating Blow, "For Great Justice!", "To the Limit!", as well as a permanent speed boost/IAS on the Guild Lord. It'd provide the pressure without as much ranger spike at the stand.
However, the problem lies simply in the fact that 8v8 builds would just need to turtle until VoD and walk out the lord, and with a superior 8v8 build, it's pretty clear it's back to blockway. My suggestion would be to give better bonuses with an increasing number of Morale Boosts, like giving better skills to the Guild Lord or 5% more damage with every boost, etc.

/Request close, please. The OP gives no rhyme or reason as to why the suggested changes should be implemented. Also, this thing could EASILY turn into a flame-fest of epic proportions.

It is hard to agree or disagree with you considering that you don't give reasons for your proposed changes. I may want the same thing, but for entirely different reasons. Therefore if something happens to give us both nearly what we wanted or proposed, one of us may be satisfied because it covers the reason(s) that person wanted a change, but not the reason(s) the other person wanted a change.
Not to mention how without reasons it is exceedingly difficult to tell what your motives for this for. Are you trying to nerf/buff a specific build, toss up the meta a bit, bring some unused skills into play, or just trolling.
And also note that accusing people of stupidity will generally not get you very far here, or just about anywhere.
